The guests
We take the enquiry, vet who is coming, hold the dates and meet them at the door. Direct bookings first, because the fees are lower and the guest is ours rather than a platform's.

For homeowners
We manage a small collection of houses on this coast. If yours is one we could look after properly, we would like to hear from you.
We own and operate rental homes in the area we serve, which is the whole of our argument: we are not agents placing your house on a platform and hoping. Every home we take on is one we would be willing to put our own family in, and we take on few enough that the same people know all of them.

Housekeeping between stays, the pool and the dock kept, the small failures found before a guest finds them. The people who look after your home are the people who look after the others on your street.
One statement a month, every booking and every expense on it, and the portal open the rest of the time. You should be able to answer what your house earned last February without ringing anyone.
Before you write
We turn down more houses than we take. It is not about the money a home might make — it is whether we can look after it to the standard the others are held to.
Tell us about the house. We read every one of these ourselves, and we will come back within the week either way — including when the answer is no.
