  2. The workspace

    Tell us the days you need at Seagate Works. The team confirms availability and pricing — only the days you ask for.

  3. Together

    Both are set out side by side, each with its own total and terms, and each confirmed on its own.

Office space can also be arranged entirely separately — ask about workspace.

Good to know

Can I book an office without booking a residence?

Yes. Workspace at Seagate Works is reserved on its own, with no residence required — ask through the enquiry and the team confirms it.

Can I add workspace at accommodation checkout?

Yes — tell us the days you need in the enquiry, or reply to your booking confirmation, and we add it as its own reservation. Nothing is added unless you ask.

Is workspace included in the accommodation price?

No. Workspace is priced and reserved separately, with its own total and its own terms. A residence never includes it.

Are the offices located inside the rental homes?

No. Seagate Works is its own building in Naples, separate from every residence. The address is on your workspace reservation.

Can workspace dates differ from accommodation dates?

Yes. Choose the days or hours you need; they can be any part of your stay, or entirely separate from it, within the office’s hours and availability.

Can you accommodate a team with separate bedrooms or residences?

Often, yes — several residences near one another, or one large house with private bedrooms. Tell us the numbers in the enquiry and we will propose what fits.

What are the minimum booking durations?

Each residence sets its own minimum stay, shown when you search. Workspace minimums depend on the product — some are by the hour, some by the day or the month — and the team confirms them with your quote.

What happens if I cancel my accommodation or office booking?

Each reservation has its own cancellation terms, shown before you confirm and repeated on the confirmation. Workspace terms come with the workspace quote.
