No menu, only trust. Two seatings a night at the counter, roughly two hours each, with fish that left Tokyo's market at dawn and a tea pairing if you would rather not drink. Priced per guest; we will hold the seats.
We arrange it on your dates and confirm the time before you land, so it is already in the diary when you arrive. If the day you want is taken, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
