A century after Beatrice Ruggeri opened her trattoria in Milan, the Naples BiCE has been rebuilt from the terrace in — bougainvillea, white woven seating, a navy bar — and the vitello tonnato and homemade pasta are as they should be. Happy hour at the bar from three.
We arrange it on your dates and confirm the time before you land, so it is already in the diary when you arrive. If the day you want is taken, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
