We take the enquiry, vet who is coming, hold the dates and meet them at the door. Direct bookings first, because the fees are lower and the guest is ours rather than a platform's.

What we do
The house
Housekeeping between stays, the pool and the dock kept, the small failures found before a guest finds them. The people who look after your home are the people who look after the others on your street.
The books
One statement a month, every booking and every expense on it, and the portal open the rest of the time. You should be able to answer what your house earned last February without ringing anyone.

Worauf wir achten
Wir lehnen mehr Häuser ab, als wir aufnehmen. Es geht nicht darum, was ein Haus einbringen könnte – sondern darum, ob wir es auf dem Niveau betreuen können, das für alle anderen gilt.
- In Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, the Moorings, Coquina Sands, Park Shore or Pelican Bay.
- Three bedrooms or more, and furnished to a standard you would be happy to arrive at yourself.
- Available for at least twelve weeks a year — the season works best when the calendar is not fragmented.
- An owner who would rather have fewer, better guests than a full calendar of anyone.
