One person holds the whole of it: the house, the rooms for everyone travelling in, the catering, the boats and cars on the days they are wanted, and the quiet logistics nobody should have to think about. You get a single number to call and a single answer back.
We start from the date and the headcount, then work outwards to the houses that can take the party and the dates they are free. If what you want is not possible on the day you want it, we will say so at the start rather than at the end.

The party needs somewhere to be. Browse the houses by neighbourhood, or tell us the headcount and we will come back with the ones that fit.
